PR#55: the diagrams show how a review runs today
WARNING: This document describes only the change applied in this PR. It may already be outdated once the next PR is merged. Historic PR documentation is not maintained along with new PRs; treat it as a snapshot.
The Problem
The flow diagram in the README shows the review of 0.20: Jev judges only PR documents, DB changesets and build files, and the model decides. It misses what came since PR#39: Jev judges every changed file, also by risk categories; an economy model summarizes the diff, and Jev compares the PR document with it; Jev assigns findings to categories; a risk and a finding in one file or category give RED. The system diagrams of the two operation guides miss Jev, the direct calls of OpenRouter and the statistics service, and one still names "Request changes", which werkrevisor no longer writes since PR#30.
Non-Goals
- No change of the code or the configs.
The Solution
- README: the Mermaid flow diagram and the steps below it show the review of werkrevisor 0.26.0.
- docs/anleitung-dev.hostsharing.net.md and docs/betrieb-git.javagil.de.md: the system diagrams show TypeSafe with Jev and the calls of werkrevisor to OpenRouter; the one for git.javagil.de also shows the statistics service and no longer names "Request changes".
- docs/werkrevisor.werkbaum: a planned rewrite in Kotlin, as asked on 2026-10-08, with the choice of the runtime; an idea for fewer rounds of new small hints of the model.
Prerequisite PRs
- PR#54: werkrevisor 0.26.0, merged.
