Werkbaums Historie kennt GitHub-PR #1 und #2; Gitea begann neu bei 1.
Damit die Nummern in docs/prs/ eindeutig bleiben, wird 2 abgebrannt und
die echte Arbeit zaehlt ab 3 weiter.
