Lost test-path exception, severity unknown, counted as medium (werkrevisor)
ORANGE; Jev: real 0.72, severity 2.6 of 3
The previous operations document stated that under src/test/** only real key formats count toward a YELLOW verdict, because test data contains fake passwords. The new "Wichtige Werte von werkprobe" section merges the secret-scan rule into the general "immer mindestens YELLOW" list and drops this test-path exception. Operators reading the operations document alone will not know that fake test passwords do not trigger YELLOW. The same paragraph still calls out the docs-category exception for secret paths, so the omission looks selective rather than principled.

[medium] Separate repository rollback from shared-service teardown (Codex review)
The new wording makes the rollback procedure applicable to each repository individually, but step 3 deletes all shared rootfs archives and step 4 disables the shared ai-reviewer account and deletes its tokens. Following it for one repository would also break reviews for the other five. Shared resources must only be removed after all repositories have stopped using them.
Fix it, or reply why it does not hold, and resolve this comment.

Fix the PR document or the code, or reply why the section holds, and resolve this comment.
The summary says:
Rewrites the operations document: expands scope from a single repository ('mi/werkprobe') to six repositories (werkprobe, werkrevisor, werkator, werkcrappit, werkregie, werkbaum), consolidates version-specific rule history (0.4.0–0.16.0) into a single 'Regeln' section, and documents new tools tools/sync-host-config and tools/deploy-rootfs for distributing configuration and rootfs.
Updates configuration values: token limit raised from 25,000 to 100,000 input tokens, per-review USD cap raised from 0.20 to 0.48, OpenRouter key limit raised from 5 to 100 USD, and [db_schema] judge = "never" now always yields YELLOW for any schema change.
Documents new review behavior: all change kinds including mixed are now auto-approvable, an excerpt selector model (openrouter/openai/gpt-6-luna) is introduced, Jev evaluates every changed file in all six repositories, and Jev (jev-latest) plus a different main model (openrouter/minimax/minimax-m3) replace the previous single-model setup for five repositories.
Notes that ai-reviewer now has write access in all six checked repositories instead of only mi/werkprobe, and lists the OpenRouter and TypeSafe key locations and limits again.
Updates the operations-document todo entry to reference PR#103 in addition to PR#92 and PR#96, mentioning deploy and sync tools.
Section fingerprint b3ff0dc07f79.

The previous operations document stated that under
src/test/**only real key formats count toward a YELLOW verdict, because test data contains fake passwords. The new "Wichtige Werte von werkprobe" section merges the secret-scan rule into the general "immer mindestens YELLOW" list and drops this test-path exception. Operators reading the operations document alone will not know that fake test passwords do not trigger YELLOW. The same paragraph still calls out the docs-category exception for secret paths, so the omission looks selective rather than principled.Fixed in

The change updates production deployment and teardown instructions for six repositories. Mistakes in these instructions can disable shared review infrastructure, which automated tests would not detect.

Answer to the hint on the Non-Goals at line 19: the section holds. The summary reads the new values as changes of the operation, but they were already in effect: 100000 input tokens and 0.48 USD stand in
config/werkprobe.toml, the key limit of 100 USD comes from the OpenRouter key API, MiniMax M3 and Jev run since earlier releases. This PR only changes the document.
