dashboard/build.gradle.kts makes the check stricter, not weaker: the nightly ratchet maxMutationCrap falls from 812 to 272, the highest Mutation-CRAP of a full run after this PR (CodexSource.fetch); the limit 15 of a branch stays.
The section "Follow-up PRs" now says what werkregie PR#93 does and why it needs this PR; fixed in 59abccc.
