# PR#13: The Shared Agentic Workflow

## Problem
|
|
|
|
Each werk repository describes its workflow with AI agents in its own `AGENTS.md`, and each one differently.
|
|
werkprobe has no `docs/prs/README.md`, and rules that grew in werkrevisor do not reach it,
|
|
e.g. "check that the PR is still open before a push".
|
|
|
|
## Non-Goals
|
|
|
|
- No Werkbaum plan and no version: werkprobe is a probe that is never released.
|
|
- No change of the probe itself.
|
|
|
|
## Solution
|
|
|
|
- `docs/agentic-workflow.md` is the shared workflow of all werk repositories, copied from werkrevisor.
|
|
- `AGENTS.md` refers to it; its sections "Writing Style" and "Pull-Request Workflow" give way to
|
|
what applies to werkprobe alone.
|
|
- `CLAUDE.md` imports `docs/agentic-workflow.md`.
|
|
- `docs/prs/README.md` and `docs/prs/TEMPLATE.md` give the PR documents their structure, as in werkrevisor.
|
