Problem

Each werk repository describes its workflow with AI agents in its own AGENTS.md, and each one differently. werkprobe has no docs/prs/README.md, and rules that grew in werkrevisor do not reach it, e.g. "check that the PR is still open before a push".

Non-Goals

• No Werkbaum plan and no version: werkprobe is a probe that is never released.
• No change of the probe itself.

Solution

• docs/agentic-workflow.md is the shared workflow of all werk repositories, copied from werkrevisor.
• AGENTS.md refers to it; its sections "Writing Style" and "Pull-Request Workflow" give way to what applies to werkprobe alone.
• CLAUDE.md imports docs/agentic-workflow.md.
• docs/prs/README.md and docs/prs/TEMPLATE.md give the PR documents their structure, as in werkrevisor.
