Follows the shared workflow rule from werkregie PR#86: on the JVM, packages, Maven groups and Gradle plugin IDs start with de.javagil.<repo>. de.hoennig.werkjournal becomes de.javagil.werkjournal, group becomes de.javagil. plugin IDs to start with de.javagil.<repo> (werkregie PR#86), so
de.hoennig.werkjournal becomes de.javagil.werkjournal and the Gradle
group becomes de.javagil. Nothing else: 113 files move, their package
and import lines follow, and no behaviour changes.

bootJar sets no mainClass, so the start class lives in the manifest the
build writes and the systemd unit runs java -jar; the operations tools,
the Werkator configuration, the runbook and the served resources name no
class at all; and no stored data carries a type name, so the binding
promise to preserve existing data across migrations is untouched. The
jOOQ target package and the two schema-generator main classes are
build-internal, the Cucumber glue packages moved with the suites, and
the native-image hints match the new path. The production smoke check
