Every page in the browser suite allows fifteen seconds for an action, while assertions kept Playwright's own default of five, which no line configured. Three trunk builds failed on that difference on 2026-10-03 — 98e582d in the Firefox login redirect, 4d1f324 in the Chromium draft restore, each after the same tree had passed its branch build and the local pipeline, while Werkator itself went from 1.30.4 to 1.33.0 on the same host.

Assertions now use the same fifteen seconds, set once in the step class. No expected value changed, so a host busy with another build costs time instead of a red build. The 45 second wait for the login redirect stays as its own exception: there the application's JVM alone needed 15.6 seconds to start.

Local pipeline green with unchanged counts: 68 operations tests, 257 JVM cases with 46 skipped and no failures, 22 Firefox scenarios, 7 production-JAR scenarios, 20 frontend tests.

Every page in the browser suite allows fifteen seconds for an action,
while assertions kept Playwright's own default of five, which no line
configured. Three trunk builds failed on that difference on 2026-10-03,
each in a different scenario, each after the same tree had passed its
branch build and the local pipeline, while Werkator itself was being
rebuilt and redeployed on the same host four times over.

Assertions now use the same fifteen seconds, set once in the step class.
No expected value changed, so a host busy with another build costs time
instead of a red build.

Local pipeline green with unchanged counts: 68 operations tests, 257 JVM
cases with 46 skipped and no failures, 22 Firefox scenarios, 7
production-JAR scenarios and 20 frontend tests.
