Guide for hsadmin-ng with the results of a probe run (0.3.1) d165e937c0

The guide shows the three changes to hsadmin-ng's build and records a
full and an incremental probe run: Java 25 bytecode and Lombok code are
handled, PIT's history gives method-by-method identical results, and the
highest Mutation-CRAP is 12.72 with a median of 1.0.
