frontend: Kopieren-Schaltfläche als Icon mit Tooltip

Die Textschaltfläche "kopieren" im Text-Panel wird ein Klemmbrett-Icon mit
übersetztem Tooltip/aria-Label. Bei Erfolg wechselt es kurz auf ein
Häkchen-Icon in Petrol. Icon bleibt beim Sprachwechsel erhalten.
