Problem

docs/agentic-workflow.md lags behind the master copy in werkregie. The master added:

• the section "Watching a PR": the coding agent keeps its PR mergeable until the merge;
• the Codex gate in "Review Rounds" and in "For the Human";
• the section "Required Checks": vulnerabilities, licenses, mutation tests, and the criticality and risk analysis;
• the purpose line of a scenario as … so that …;
• werkregie as the holder of the master copy, and an internal release-notes entry for a change that users do not notice.

Non-Goals

• No change of the master copy.
• No new check in this repository; the required checks are separate work.
• No change for users of Werkator.

Solution

• docs/agentic-workflow.md is the master copy of werkregie, byte for byte.
• The Werkbaum plan lists the sync under #process.
• Version 1.43.1, above the 1.43.0 of the open PR#160, with an internal release-notes entry.

Open Questions

None.

Additional Changes

• docs/prs/TEAMPLATE.md writes the purpose line of a scenario as … so that …, as the master copy asks.
