## Related Links
- [werkrevisor PR#76](https://git.javagil.de/mi/werkrevisor/pulls/76): introduces `docs/agentic-workflow.md`.
## Problem
Each werk repository describes its workflow with AI agents in its own `AGENTS.md`, and each one differently.
werkator lacks the writing rules, and rules that grew in werkrevisor do not reach it,
e.g. "check that the PR is still open before a push".
## Non-Goals
- No Werkbaum plan for werkator yet; see "Follow-up PRs".
- No change for users of Werkator.
## Solution
- `docs/agentic-workflow.md` is the shared workflow of all werk repositories, copied from werkrevisor.
Its table "Equipment of a Repository" now says that `CLAUDE.md` imports the workflow too,
since Claude Code does not load a file that is only linked; werkrevisor gets the same fix with its next PR.
- It refers to `docs/prs/README.md` for the sections of a PR document instead of listing them a second time.
- `AGENTS.md` refers to it; its section "Pull Requests and AI Review" gives way to what applies to werkator alone.
- `CLAUDE.md` imports `docs/agentic-workflow.md`.
- The PR-doc sections "The Problem", "The Scenarios" and "The Solution" become "Problem", "Specification" and "Solution"
in `docs/prs/README.md`, `docs/prs/TEAMPLATE.md` and the pr-doc skill; werkrevisor keys only on "Open Questions".
- Version 1.39.1, with an internal release-notes entry, as `ReleaseVersionConsistencyUnitTest` requires one per version.
## Follow-up PRs
- A Werkbaum plan `docs/werkator.werkbaum`, as the shared workflow asks for.
