feat(retention): a build's record outlives its artifacts
werkator build failed after 02:23
Details
434190cd68 
retentionPerBranch and retentionMaxAge now take a build's artifacts,
not its record: a result beyond them is marked artifactsPrunedAt and
stays in the history, up to 100 per build name. A release build with
one branch only keeps a history of its durations. The duration trend
reads the last 30 successful builds instead of the last 30 days; the
History answers with its newest 200 rows.
