An instance-level section like server and executor: a host's mounts are
the host's, and a branch cannot reach an instance key by construction.
Each entry has a label, a path on the filesystem, and an optional key
that names its history series; the key defaults to the label lowercased.

The measurement series are the instance's and belong next to the home
directory; the artifacts may move to a slow, large volume. A state file
still in the served repository's artifact root is moved over once.

SystemMetrics carries the monitored filesystems as a list; the collector
reads the quota output once per sample and matches every disk's file
store against it, keeping the binding source per disk. The history tiers
take their columns from what is sampled instead of a fixed key list.
Health, peaks and sizing iterate the disks, the page renders one card,
one chip and one footer total each, werkator.js resolves disk.<key>.
A state file written for the single disk continues as the first
configured disk's series.
