cleanupStaleContainers (45), UiFormats.cpuTime (43.8) and monitoredDisks
(42) get tests reaching every branch; ContainerInfo.isWerkatorLeftover,
monitoredDisksOf and InstancePath.resolve (shared with
RepositoryEntry.directory). The first gated mutation build failed on two
INCONCLUSIVE methods: mutants made waitForPortsFree and buildAndStream
endless and filled PIT's minion memory. buildAndStream decides its end
once (awaitTerminal); the nginx test sleeper fails after 100 rounds.
Nightly gate 46 -> 36.
