Fixed: the docstring says that a repository chooses and tunes a template in its .werkrevisor.toml; the inside diagram said "later in .werkrevisor.toml" too and is fixed as well.
Fixed: without the approval gate, the escalation note now becomes the gate note too, so the result comment says "Gate: escalated to …" in every mode; _gate also gets the redactor. test_without_the…
TypeScript frontend is a sibling already, at the same indentation; but the id named one category of the JVM template. The node is now #triage.risk.jvm, and its block describes the change of its…
Fixed: "25 merged hs.hsadmin.ng PRs between #281 and #316".
The 2 PRs were those that the security question already sends to a human today, not a result of the new question; the wording was unclear. It now says so: with the old question 7 of 30, with the…

Fixed in all three diagrams: white text only on fills with at least 4.5:1, e.g. green #24733e and gray #5f6b75; yellow and orange keep their bright fill and get dark text, with 8:1 and 6:1.
The SVGs are in this PR: docs/werkrevisor-review-decisions.svg and its dark variant; the model only could not see them, as the hint about files the model cannot review says. tests/test_diagrams.py…
Fixed: the bullet now says "in the same 16:9 style".
Fixed: the img tag is split over two lines, so no line of the README section is longer than 128 characters.
