Fixed in bfeb736: load_settings refuses a browser that shlex.split cannot read or that is empty, before any request; a browser that does not start (OSError, ValueError) only prints "browser not started …; open yourself", and the run ends with 0, so a posted comment stays done. test_a_browser_that_does_not_start_leaves_the_posted_comment_done, test_a_broken_browser_command_is_refused_when_the_config_is_read.
