PR#89: The Codex Review Advises on werkrevisor

WARNING: This document describes only the change applied in this PR. It may already be outdated once the next PR is merged. Historic PR documentation is not maintained along with new PRs; treat it as a snapshot.

PR#88: the runner and [codex] mode.

Problem

Since PR#88 the runner can review PRs with the Codex CLI, but no repository has chosen it yet. The user chose werkrevisor and werkator to start with advise.

The systemd unit of PR#88 puts Node v22.17.1 on the PATH. The Codex CLI there is 0.149.0, too old for gpt-6-astra; the update to 0.162.1 went to the default Node of nvm, v24.21.0.

Non-Goals

No gate: the Codex review only advises.
werkator gets its own PR in its repository.

Solution

.werkrevisor.toml: [codex] mode = "advise".
The systemd unit loads nvm and takes its default Node, so it starts the CLI that npm install -g updated last.
Werkbaum: #model.codex.on; #model.codex.eval and #model.codex.gate are deployed.
Version 0.34.1.
