Problem

Every werk repository has docs/agentic-workflow.md now, so werkregie took its master copy over. The copy in werkrevisor still says that werkrevisor holds it.

Non-Goals

• No other change of the document.

Solution

• docs/agentic-workflow.md is the master copy of werkregie again: werkregie holds it, as doc/agentic-workflow.md.
• The Werkbaum sets #ops.workflow to [^].
• Version 0.32.8.
