PR#108: The README Names the Codex Gate in the Automerge

Problem

Since PR#104 and werkator PR#158, werkrevisor and Werkator require the status ai-review/codex. The README section "PR workflow and automerge" does not say that a scheduled merge then waits for it, nor that an open Codex line comment holds the merge. The Werkbaum still shows the category of Werkator as in work, although werkator PR#159 is merged.

Non-Goals

• No change of the code.
• docs/agentic-workflow.md changes first in its master copy in werkregie.

Solution

• README, "PR workflow and automerge": a paragraph on the Codex gate, with a link to [codex].
• Werkbaum: #model.codex.weakened is merged, also for Werkator.
• Version 0.42.1.
