# PR#76: One Agentic Workflow for All werk Repositories > **WARNING:** This document describes only the change applied in this PR. > It may already be outdated once the next PR is merged. > Historic PR documentation is not maintained along with new PRs; treat it as a snapshot. ## Problem Each werk repository describes its workflow with AI agents in its own `AGENTS.md`, and each one differently. werkregie has no such description at all; werkator lacks the writing rules, werkcrappit the PR document structure. Rules that grew in one repository, e.g. "check that the PR is still open before a push", reach no other. ## Non-Goals - No change in the other repositories; each one gets its own PR. - No change to the review itself. ## Solution - `docs/agentic-workflow.md` holds the workflow that applies to all werk repositories, modelled on werkrevisor. It takes useful parts of the others: - werkator: version per PR, decisions are only added; - werkcrappit: identity rules, `TODO.` for deferred work; - werkbaum: Gitea as the working state, consent for a new technology, `[x]` at the merge and `[^]` at the deployment. - The user reviewed it in German and English before this PR. - `AGENTS.md` refers to it and keeps only what applies to werkrevisor alone. - `CLAUDE.md` imports both for Claude Code. - The PR document sections "The Problem", "The Scenarios" and "The Solution" become "Problem", "Specification" and "Solution" in `docs/prs/README.md` and `docs/prs/TEMPLATE.md`; werkrevisor keys only on "Open Questions". - Version 0.32.3. ## Additional Changes - The Werkbaum promotes 14 nodes from `[x]` to `[^]` that are deployed on mih09 since 0.31.x and 0.32.x; no PR had promoted them so far.
