miandmhoennig 9af772e571 dashboard: Kotlin 2.4, Gradle 9.8.1 and current libraries (#6)
Dependency updates before the Matrix work:

| | before | after |
|---|---|---|
| Kotlin | 2.2.21 | 2.4.21 |
| Gradle wrapper | 9.8.0 | 9.8.1 |
| Jackson | 2.21.7 | 2.22.3 |
| sqlite-jdbc | 3.50.3.0 | 3.53.4.0 |
| slf4j-nop | 2.0.17 | 2.0.20 |
| Kotest | 6.1.5 | 6.2.5 |

Kotlin goes to 2.4 so that compiler and standard library match again: Trixnity is built with 2.3 and pulls kotlin-stdlib 2.3. JDK 21 stays, as Werkator's (glibc on Hostsharing); Jackson 3 is not worth its package rename. Version 0.3.1.

Checked: 53 tests green, no compiler warnings, the runtime bundle builds; a local run with the real configuration shows all six sources OK, Codex' SQLite included.

After the merge, #5 gets the spike's Kotlin version raised as well.
