Walking skeleton of #dash.matrix: Werkregie signs in as a device of the user's own Matrix account and shows direct messages, mentions and configured rooms in a panel "Nachrichten".

Checked: 64 tests green, no compiler warnings; the runtime bundle (87 MB) loads Trixnity, Exposed and H2 and creates the store; the demo shows the panel with its markers.
