From now on doc/werkregie.werkbaum documents and plans Werkregie's features and their status; each PR updates it.

  • Dashboard as it runs today: sources (Claude Code, Codex, Werkator, Gitea with the PR markers), page, and the modes local, server and relay — all [^].
  • Frontend as a PWA (#dash.pwa), planned: manifest, service worker that never caches the API, last state offline, installed on phone and desktop; push notifications as an optional idea.
  • Build and delivery, planned: Werkator builds werkregie, werkrevisor reviews it, Werkator pushes a green main to GitHub, port 18091 confirmed with Hostsharing.
