IntelliJ generated the wrapper; keeping it makes the repository
self-contained, which matters most for CI: the build environment now
needs a JDK and nothing else. The werkator build command and
tools/deploy.sh use ./gradlew accordingly, and .idea/ is ignored.

All five tests pass through the wrapper (Gradle 9.6.0) against
werkdock 0.6.0.
