Work entry navigation and quick hours

Today's entries are ordinary accessible links to work?date=…&entry=…. Work resolves the identifier through the owner-filtered service, selects the stored date and highlights/focuses the exact entry. Invalid, removed or foreign identifiers show the existing missing-record message and do not expose another owner's data.

Each entry offers minus/plus beside Edit/Delete. These actions submit the displayed record/version through the existing idempotent save service. Only hours change; customer, project, date and description are retained. Minus stops at one hour; plus stops when all entries on the date total twelve hours. The service also enforces those limits and rejects stale versions. Deletion remains separate and confirmed.

The editor previously had two close icons with different semantics. The header now has Close and keep draft; the footer uses a trash icon for Discard draft, beside Save. Closing preserves local input; discarding removes the draft without deleting the stored work record.

WJ-061 covers two entries in a narrow browser window, exact navigation from Today, changes to only the selected entry, both limits and the distinct draft actions. Existing service tests cover owner isolation, concurrent totals and version conflicts. No schema change or production-data reset is involved.

Validation: complete local pipeline on 0.1.74-SNAPSHOT passed, including all five WJ-061 steps in Chromium and Firefox, 20 examples per browser, frontend/operations tests and production smoke. Completion push increments to 0.1.75-SNAPSHOT. Deployment remains pending CI; an earlier Firefox job is stuck opening its first page in Werkdock.
