Daily and monthly work reports
The Today dashboard lists the current day's customer, project, hours and optional description. Its total is calculated from those same records. A link opens the work form for that date.
The monthly overview offers localized month/year selection, previous/next month navigation, customer totals and links to each recorded day. Reports use one owner-filtered query; customer totals and daily links therefore describe the same snapshot. Names are read from the current catalog, including archived customers and projects. Reloading or revisiting the view queries the current records after edits, moves and deletions.
Service regression tests cover leap-month boundaries, multiple projects per customer, renamed archived customers/projects, moved/deleted entries and owner isolation. The full JVM production build, operational tests and isolated production-JAR smoke passed. Local browser checks covered an empty month, recording three hours, matching monthly/customer/day totals, previous/next navigation, the day link and Today details. No browser errors were reported. These checks used a separate local database; public data was unchanged.
Approved design transfer: month navigation and chooser integrated into the Petrol total card; customer totals have proportional bars and dates remain navigable. Production build and local browser check with a three-hour booking passed; the month/year dialog opened and accepted a changed year.
