werkcrappit computes an experimental Mutation-CRAP score per JVM method
from the JaCoCo complexity of the original class files and the PIT
mutation score. The specification is
docs/pitest-mutation-crap-coding-agent-auftrag.md.

This commit holds only the skeleton: Gradle 9.8.0 wrapper, Java 21
toolchain with JUnit Jupiter and AssertJ, the modules werkcrappit-pit
and werkcrappit-gradle-plugin (with a no-op plugin class), README,
AGENTS.md and LICENSE.
