The tool-free core computes Mutation-CRAP as an exact fraction, so a
limit is compared without floating-point artefacts, and evaluates a
method into SCORED or a non-numeric state with machine-readable reasons.
StrictV1 is the status table of specification section 5.2.

The features 01 and 02 are copied from the specification, parsed by the
Gherkin parser in a test and mapped to their JUnit tests.
