ui: icon on every nav entry, no sideways scroll on a phone (PR#56)

Home, Repositories and System now all carry an icon before their label
in the instance navigation, on desktop and phone alike. On a narrow
viewport the Home entry drops out (the wordmark/logo already lead
there) and Repositories/System collapse to their icon alone, so the
header no longer forces the page to scroll sideways just because its
labels are wide.

Watched-branch build failed: the header's Home/Repositories/System
assertions matched the old plain-text nav links, which the icon markup
replaced with nav-item spans wrapping an icon and a nav-label.
