Its committed gitea section still pointed at the GitHub mirror the repository
was initialised from. Commit statuses had been posted into an nginx error page
ever since, non-fatally and unnoticed; PR#43 gave the values a second reader,
the visibility question, which could not be answered either — so Werkator's own
repository hid itself on the production instance.

The rule stays as it is: a configured forge that does not answer leaves a
repository hidden, because that is what keeps a failure from publishing a
private one. Only the configuration it works from is corrected.

Also drops the file's server section, which held nothing but the default
publicBaseUrl and, being instance-level since ADR 0009, only produced a warning
on every start; and bumps the version to 1.5.1.

At Hostsharing, CPU and RAM are hardware of the Managed Server and are bought;
a disk quota is a service on the group and is granted. The mail listed all of
them as one block, so the desk had to sort out which lines were an order.

Each recommended line now carries the party it has to be asked of, and the mail
renders one paragraph per party — the server's, the group's — leaving out
whichever is empty and naming in the subject only what it actually asks about.
The sizes read 'auf insgesamt N', because the number is the size to end up with
and not the one to add.

The deployment guide's clone examples name a Gitea now instead of github.com;
they are placeholders, and the product's own forge is Gitea.
