The toolchain moves from 21 to 25 and Kotlin from 2.2.0 to 2.4.21, as werkregie ADR 0001 decides; no check is removed.
The new resolution rule applies to the ktlint* configurations only: ktlint 1.5.0 keeps the Kotlin compiler 2.1.0 it was built against;
without the rule ktlintCheck fails to parse any file.
The CI of 259448c is green; locally ktlintCheck, test and runtimeBundleDir pass, and the bundle starts on Temurin 25.0.4.
After the merge Werkator deploys itself onto the Temurin 25 runtime; mih09 has glibc 2.36, Temurin 25 needs 2.17.
