Collapse the live indicator to a state dot on small screens
On mobile widths the "live" badge squeezed the view-toggle menu into unreadable widths; the dot keeps the state color (green/red/grey) and the row may wrap as a last resort. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
