werkrevisor 0.37.0: the error handling category asks for lost or hidden failures

Fixed in 01c7e2b: 27 of the 36 hs.hsadmin.ng PRs were merged; the other 9 were closed without a merge and are left out. The document now says so, and how many PRs change main code.
